<br />ORDINANCE No. 151.
<br />NOTICE is hereby given that at the
<br />regular meeting of the Board of Trus-
<br />tees of the Town of Redwod City held
<br />on the 6th day of April, 1925, an ordin-
<br />ance entitled "Ordinance No. 251. An
<br />Ordinance, regulating and establishing
<br />the location of trades, industries and
<br />buildings and regulating and establish -
<br />Ing districts and ^ones in the Town of
<br />Redwood City within which the use of
<br />property, height of improvements, re-
<br />quired open spaces for light and venti-
<br />lation of buildings are regulated, and
<br />establishing set back ]hies on private
<br />property bordering in whole or porton
<br />any street, avenue or highway, and to
<br />Prohibit the erection of buildings,
<br />fent.=s or other structures between snitl�
<br />set back lines anti such streets, avenues
<br />or highways, And providing penalties
<br />for the violation hereof,' was duly hl-
<br />troduced, which ordinance together
<br />with the "Use of property zone map"
<br />anti the ”'Map establishing set back lines
<br />fm• the Town of Redwood City," referred
<br />to In said ordinance and madp a pArt
<br />thereof, are now on file in the ofilee
<br />of Ole Clerk of the Town of Redwoud
<br />City.

<br />above mentioned ordinance at the coun-
<br />cil chamber to the Town hall on
<br />Webster street in the Tow,t of Redwood
<br />City on Monday the 26th day of April,

<br />ance and in the provisions thereof will
<br />be heard by said Board of Trustees,
