<br />Now therefore, the Board of Trus-
<br />tees of the Town of Redwood City do
<br />ordain its follows:
<br />Section 1. There shell bo issued by
<br />the Town of Redwood City thirty (30)
<br />bonds of the denomination of One
<br />Thousand ($1,000) dollars each, said
<br />bonds shall be negotiable 'in form and
<br />shall be numbered consecutively from
<br />one (1.) to thirty (30) Inclusive, and
<br />shall be of the character known as
<br />serials, and all of said bonds shall
<br />hear Interest from the date "of their
<br />Issuance until paid at the rate of Five
<br />rind one-half per coat per an-
<br />num, hntol•est payable semi-annually.
<br />The prinelp ill and Interest of said
<br />'Bead's shall be payable in gold Coln of
<br />the United States of America, in the
<br />manner following, that is to say: one-
<br />tenth (1-10) part of the whole amount
<br />of the principal of said Indebtedness
<br />shall be paid each and "every year at
<br />the Town Treasury bf said Town, In
<br />the Town of Redwood City, on the
<br />first day of bray, together with Intor-
<br />est on all sums unpaid at such dates;
<br />providing that the interest on all said
<br />bonds shall be'paid sent l'-thnrually, so
<br />'that there shall be a payment of In-
<br />terest on all suns then unpaidhl each
<br />and every ono -half (1-2) year, one of

<br />yeas being at tine date of the payment
<br />of the annual installment of the prin-
<br />cipal of said Indebtedness as afore
<br />said, to-wlt: on the first day of May
