<br />Affidavit of Jas D. Hedge in the matter of Publishing, and affidavit of W.A.Price City
<br />Clerk in the matter of posting and mailing notice of filing street assessment and hearing
<br />thereon, was on motion of Trustee Ryan seemnded by Trustee McNulty same be received and filed
<br />Motion carried.
<br />RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT UNDER RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO, G-11.
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City did on the 1st day of December
<br />1924, pass and adopt Resolution of Intention No. G.-11, for the doing of the work therein
<br />descibed; and
<br />WHEREAS, thereafter and on the 20th day of March 1925, there was filed in the office of
<br />the Clerk of the Town of Redwood City. the assessment for the work done under that certain
<br />contractcdated February 6th919259 between W.J.TOBIN; first party, and C.L.Dimmitt, as
<br />Superintendent of Streets of the Town of Redwood City, as second party, for the doing of th,3
<br />work mentioned and described in said Resolution of Intention No. G-11; and
<br />WHEREAS, notice of the filing of said assessment and of hearing thereon was duly and
<br />regularly give by the Clerk of the Town of Redwood City, as appears from the affidavit of
<br />W.A.Price. Town Clerk, and J.D.Hedge, which affidavits are now on file in the office of the
<br />Clerk of the Town of Redwood City; and
<br />IVEBREAS,,within the time allowed by law, when and where all persons interested in said
<br />work or in said assessment, felling aggrieved, by any act or determination of the Superint-
<br />endent of Streets or who claims that the work has not been performed according to the said
<br />contract, ina good and substantial manner, or -..who claims that any portion of the work was
<br />omitted or illegally included in the contract or having any objections to the correctness
<br />of the assessment or diagram of of any other act of thing in rel atioIn to said work and
<br />assessment, could appeal to the said counc3il as; provided by law, nolpersons appealed,B,4d

<br />no objections of any kind were made; and
<br />Said Board of Trust, e es� -now h 'ing aquired jurisdiction in said/r matter.

<br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a regular
<br />meeting of said Board held on the 20th day of April 1925, by the following vote;
