350 <br />Redwood City May 4th, 1925, 8 o'clock. P.M. <br />Regular meeting Board of Trustees held. <br />Upon roll call there were present Trustees, President H.A.Beeger, C:.K.:.Mabie, A. E. <br />Monteith, M.E.Ryan, G.W.McNulty, Clerk W.A.Price. <br />On motion of Trustee McNulty seconded by Trustee Monteith and carried the reading of the <br />minutes of the regular meetings of April 6th and April 20th, 1925 be dispensed with until <br />next regular meeting. <br />Mr Clarkin of Monroe Street appeared before the Board regarding the spur track being <br />above the street grade, and on motion of Trustee Ryan, seconded by Trustee Mabie the matter <br />be referred to the City Attorney. Motion carried. <br />Affidavit of Jas D.
