<br />Town of Redwood City,County of San Mateo,State of California,as the day,hour and place when
<br />and where any and all persons having any objections to the propised wort and improvements
<br />described in said Resolution of Intention No.H-4,or to the proposed grades at which said
<br />work and improvements are to be done and made, could appear before the Board of Trustee and
<br />show cause why said proposed work and improvements should not be carried out in accordance
<br />with said Resolution of Intention No.H-4,.,or why said work and improvements should not be
<br />carried out and done at the grades as shown on the plans,profiles and specifications re -
<br />(erred to in said Resolution of Intention No.H-4 and on file in the office of the Clerk of
<br />tlm! Town of Redwood City; and
<br />WHEREAS, at the day,hour and place fixed in Jaid Resolution of Intentmon No.H-4, and
<br />in the notices of the passage thereof,posted as aforesaid ,when and where any and all
<br />persons having any objections to the proposed work and improvements described in said
<br />Resolution of Intention No.H-4,or having any objections to the proposed grades at which
<br />said work and improvements are to be done and made,could appear before the Board of Trustee
<br />of said Town of Redwood City and show cause why said proposed wotk and improvements should
<br />not be carried out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention No.H-4,or why said
<br />proposed work and improvements should be carried out and done at the proposed grades as
<br />shown on the plans,profiles and specifications referred to in said Resolution of'Intention
<br />No -H-4 and now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town of Redwood City,certain
<br />owners of property liable to assessed and in the district to be assessed for said work and
<br />improvements described in said Resolution of Intention No.H-4 made written protest against

<br />said proposed wort and improvements and against the extent of the district to be assessed
<br />for said work and improvements; and

<br />WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City did proceed to hear said
<br />protest and to cosider the same and I1id2pass and adopt a resolution dertimining that said
<br />protest was not made by the owners of one half of the area of the district to be assessed !I
<br />for said work and improvements described in said Resolution of Intention No.H-4, and did
<br />overrule said protest, and said Board of Trustees now having acquired jurisdiction to order
<br />said work and improvements;
<br />THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the public interest and convenience required the work
<br />and improvements herein descibed and the Board of Trustees of the Tqwn of Redwood City
<br />hereby order the following work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town of
