<br />The Town Clerk of the Town of Redwood City is hereby order and drected to post a notice
<br />of said and improvements together with the plans,profiles and spectification thereof,
<br />conspicuously for five (5) days on or near Council chamber door of the Board of Trustees
<br />of the Town of Redwood City inviting sealed proposals for doing the work ordered by this'
<br />Resolution. Said Town Clerk is also ordered and directed to publish a notice inviting such
<br />sealed proposals or bids and referring to the plans,profiles and specifications posted or
<br />on file in the Redwood City Standard, a weekly newspaper published, printed and circulatei..
<br />in said Town of Redwood City, (there being no daily of semi-weekly newspaper published or
<br />circulated therein) and hereby designated for that purpose by the Board of Trustees of
<br />said Town of Redwood City,
<br />Passed and, adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at the hour of
<br />10.35 P.M, at a regular meeting hf1s.a1g Bo&2d held on the 4th day of May, 1925, by the
<br />following vote:
<br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution Ordering the Work NO,H-4,

<br />Moved by Trustee McNulty,: seconded by Trustee Ryan the Clerk be instructed to advertise
<br />for sealed proposals for improvements under Resolution of Intention No.H-4, said proposalF
<br />to be opened May 25th,1925 at 8 o'clock P.M. Motioncarried.
<br />On motion of Trustee McNulty,. seconded by Trustee Monteith, the office of City Engineer
<br />Dimmitt, be increased from 010.00 per month to 013,75 permonth.Motion carried.
<br />Reports of°Treasurer, Tax Collector, Building, Plumbing,Electtical Inspector, Supt of
<br />Parks, and Puondmaster, was on motion of Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Ryan said
<br />reports be receive'd.and filed. Iuiotion carried.
<br />The Finance Committee passed on and O.Ked bills No 1585 tO No 1787, inclusive.
