RESOLUTION DECLARING NUISANCE, N0, H -7 - RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, that whereas, certain weeds are growing in the Town of Redwood City, upon the streets and in front of 'the property hereinafter mentioned, which weeds are of -a kind which bear seeds of a wingy and downy nature and will attain such large grolbth as to become a fire menace when dry; and AREAS, the said weeds constitute a public nuisance. NOW , IT.LS HEREBY DECLARED that the said weeds do now constitute and will continue to constitute a public nuisance, and it is ordered that the said public nuisance be abated in the manner provided by that certain act of the legislature of the State of California, entitled, '?An Act Authorizing Municipalities to declare noxious or dangerous weeds growing upon the streets or sidewalks or upon private property within municipalities, creating a lien upon the property fronting upon such streets or sidewalks or upon which such nuisance exits for the cost of abating same?', approved May 26th,1915.
