366 Commissioners to assess benefits and damages and have general supervision of the proposed v, - work work and improvements until the completion thereof; and t IVHEREAS, saa?do.abvve named Commissioners thereafter duly qualified as provided in the hereinbefore mention Act;. and WHEREAS, said Commissinoers did, on the 30th day of March, 1925, make a written report to the Board of Trustees of Sai Town of Redwood City, which report was accompanied with a plat of the assessment district showing the lands to be taken for the work and improvement . hereinbefore mentioned and 'the lands assessed, showing the relative location of each dis- triet,block,lot o4 portion of lot, and its dimensions,so far as said commissioners could I reasonably ascertain the same. That said report contained an assessment of the henefits p®) and damages to all lots or portions of lots in said assessment district, which district d is hereinbefore herein described; and WEBREAS,saicl report,assessment and plat have been filed in the office of the Clerk of 1 r, the Board ot Trustees of ,the Town of Redwood City, and are now:'°on file therein; -and I WHEREAS, said Clerk did give notice of the filing of said report,assesement and plat in his office as reg1ired by said In reinbefore mentioned Act as appears from the affida-VIt I, of J.D.Hedge now on file in the office of said Clerk;.and whereas in and by said notice said Clerk did fix the 9th.day of Triay,1925, as the day on or before which all persons int - 9 erestbVand o')jectioning to said report,assessment and plat could make their objections thereto in writing as provi ed in the hereinbefore mentioned Act.; and hereinbdfore mention: ed Act when all perso s interested and oDjeeting!.:t,o said report,assessemtnt and plat could make their said objections no person or persons appeared and no objections of any kind were made against said report,assessment and plat; and said Board of Trustees now having acquired jurisdictions in said matter,it is Hereby resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City that the report assessment and plat for the work and improvements hereinbefore menti,;ned under Resolution of Intention No.G-9, be and the same is hereby confirmed,a pproved and adopted.
