<br />Upon roll' call there were present, Trustees Pres H.A.Beeger, C.K.Mabis, A.E.Monteith,
<br />'G.W.MeNulty, City Clerk W.A.Price,
<br />Absent, Trustee, M.E.Ryan.
<br />Minutes of regular meeting and regular adjourned meeting held May 18th and 25th, 19259
<br />were read and on motion of Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Monteith same be approved
<br />as read. Motion carried.

<br />the lowest bidder, the contract be awarded them at the price named in their bid, and the
<br />certified checks be returned to the unsuccessful bidders.
<br />Communication from the Southern Pacific Company regarding spar track crossingsidewalk
<br />on Monroe Street in front of Hess & Company property,tivas on motion cf Trustee McNulty,
<br />seconded by Trustee y1onteith and carried same be referred.to the Supt. of Streets and City
<br />Attorney .
<br />On motion of Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee Idonteith and carried the following dance
<br />permits were granted, to -wit:

<br />Trustee I,2onteith said permits be granted. I,Iotion carried.
<br />Om motion of Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Monteith the Clerk be authorized to
<br />sign yearly contract for lamps and etc with the Pacific States Electric Co.Motion carried.
<br />A petition was presented to the Board from property owner facing on the following Streets
<br />and Avenues asking for improvement of said streets and avenues to-wit:Vera and Madison AveEs
<br />bet the Highway and Fulton St, and Adama.Cleveland.anfff Fulton Sts bet Vera and Jeffersn-

<br />Avenues, also Myrtle Street bet Katherine St and Jefferson Ave, and also Spring Street bei
<br />Walnut and Chestnut Street, on motion of Trustee Mabie seconded by Trustee McNulty the City
<br />Engineer be instructed to prepare Plans and Specifications for the improvement of said.
<br />Streets and Avenues,as asked for in said•petitions.Motion carried.
<br />Affidavits of O.Ii.Dimmitt Supt of Streets in the matter of Posting Notice to destroy
<br />weeds under Resolution Declaring Nuisance No,H-69 No,H-7, No,H-89 was on motion of Trustee
<br />jileNulty, seconded by Trustee Ylabie said Resolutions be received and filed.Motion. carried«
