<br />Real; and also that Samson street be-
<br />tween the northeasterly line of Argu-
<br />ello street and the southwesterly line
<br />of Warren street, Including, all inter-
<br />sections and terminations and portions
<br />thereof within the lines of the above
<br />described streets, be improved as fol-
<br />lows, to -wit: That the roadways and
<br />portions of roadways of said streets
<br />Above described be scarified and to -
<br />shaped anti paved with an inch and one,
<br />half (21-2) asphaltic wearing surface,
<br />provided, however, that only those par-;
<br />tions of the terminations of INTarshali,
<br />street and Arguello street, Bradford
<br />street and Arguello street, culler street
<br />and Arguello street and Alden street,
<br />,and Arguello street lying southwester -i
<br />, ly of the northeasterly curb line of
<br />Arguello street shall be improved as
<br />,above speelfled; and provided further,
<br />that only those portions of the inter-
<br />section of Brewster avenue and ,Argu-
<br />ello street lying southwesterly of the
<br />north-�asteriy curb line of Arguello
<br />street and lying northeasterly of the
<br />southwesterly curb line of Arguello
<br />street shall be Improved as above spec-
<br />+lfled. And provided further that only
<br />j that portion of the intersection of
<br />(Rogers street stud Arguello street lying
<br />southwesterly of the northeasterly
<br />`curb line of Arguello street and south-
<br />easterly of the northwesterly curb line
<br />of Rogers street shall be improved as
<br />herein speclfled. There ds excepted,
<br />however, from the work above
<br />described a strip two (2)
<br />,feet in wldtb Immediately adjacent
<br />to the curbs on both sides of the
<br />streets above described to be paved,
<br />reserved for concrete gutters; there Is
<br />also excepted from the above described
<br />work on Rogers street all that portion
<br />Cthereof lying between a line tar (2)
<br />feet northeasterly from and parallel to
<br />fthe most northeasterly call of the
<br />fiSouthern Pacific' Railroad Company's
<br />raiirond tracks and a line two (2) feet
<br />southwesterly from and parallel to the
<br />most southwesterly rail of the said
<br />Southern Pacific Railroad Company's
<br />railroad tracks, and for the full width
<br />of the roadway of Rogers street.
<br />I That hydraulic cement gutters be
<br />constructed oil both sides of the herein-
<br />before mentioned and described streets
<br />for the distances hereinbefore silecl-
<br />lied to be paved, said gutters to be two
<br />feet wide and to be six (6) Inches thick.
<br />Said hydraulic cement gutters shall
<br />also be constructed on all corners of
<br />Intersecting and terminating streets
<br />within the tines of the streets herein-
<br />before described,
<br />And also that the following corru-
<br />gated iron a,roh culvertn with concrete
<br />tops and bases be Constructed at the
<br />following laeations, to -wit:
<br />A 3'ineh by 24 inch corrugated Iron
<br />arch culvert, with concrete top and
