<br />Upon roll call there was present Trustees, Pres H.A.Beeger, C.K.Mabie, A.E.Monteith,

<br />Minutes of regular meeting held June 15th, 1925, were read and on motion of Trustee
<br />Ryan, seconded by Trustee Mabie, same be approved as read, Motion carried.
<br />Affidavit of Jas D. Hedge in the matter of Publishing notice for sealed bids for a
<br />booster pump and motor was on motion of Trustee Mabie, seconded by Trustee Monteith same
<br />be received and filed. Motion carried.
<br />The following bids were received publicly, opened, examined and declared to -wit:

<br />Moved by Trustee Mabie seconded by Trustee Monteith the bid of Fairbanks.11orse & Co,
<br />being the lowest bidder said contract be awarded said Company at the price named in their
<br />bid and the certified check be returned to the unsuccessful bidder. Motion carried.

<br />fence around the pumping plant was on motion of Trustee Mabie, seconded by Trustee Monteith
<br />same be received -and filed. Motion carried. W r.
<br />The following bid was received, publicly, openrd, examined and declared to -wit:
<br />NAME OF BIDDER: Standard Fence Company,
<br />For the Construction of a wire woven fence, x0831.90
<br />Moved by Trustee Mabie the contract be awarded to the Standard Fence Co, at the price
<br />named in their bid. Motion carried.
<br />A petition was presented to the Board by property owners fronting on Vera Ave from the
<br />existing pavement to Fulton St, on Madison Ave from Highway to Fulton St, on Jackson Ave
<br />from Adams to Fulton Streets, and Adams, Cleveland, and Fulton Streets from Vera Ave to
<br />Jefferson Ave Was on motion of Trustee Ryan•seconded by Trustee Mabie same be received
<br />and filed, Motion carried,
<br />Moved by Trustee Monteith, seconded by Trustee Mabie the foregoing petition be laid
<br />over until next regular meeting for the Board to decide upon what is needed.Yiotion carried.
<br />On motion of Trustee Ieionteith seconded by Trustee Mabie and carried the following dance
<br />permits were granted, to -wit:
<br />Redwood City Ziberty Club in I.O.O.F. Hall Saturday evening July 25th,1925, i o'clock.
<br />Old Timers Club, in Forester's Hall Wednesday evenings July, 8th,l5th.22nd,29th, and
<br />Saturday evenings July llth,18th,and 25th, 1925, until 1 o'clock.
<br />On motion of Trustee Monteith, seconded by Trustee Mabie the Order of Druids be grantd
<br />permission to have a parade on Sunday with a band of music (date left opened) Motion carrid
<br />Moved by Trustee Ryan, seconded b:s Trustee Monteith and carried the following permits
<br />be granted the Pacific Gas & Electric Co to -wit:
<br />TO set one pole on Olinton St as per Blue Print No 1053-R, z
<br />TO set one pole at Lowell and Katherine Streets as per Blue Print No 1054 -R-
<br />TO set two poles between Jeter and Iris Streets as per Blue Print No, 1055-R.
<br />TO sejr one -pole on Charter Street as per Blue Print No.1056-R.
<br />Application of Elmer E. Harbert for a permit to peddle under a War Veterans exemption
<br />permit, was -on motion of Trustee Mabie, seconded by Trustee Monteith same be laid over to
<br />some future meeting. Motion carried.
<br />Affidavit of John Isaac in matter of publishing notice of improvements and affidavit
<br />4 of C.L.Dimmitt, Supt of Streets in the matter of posting notice of improvements under
<br />
