<br />RESOLVED? that whereas, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, did, on the
<br />15th day of June, 1925, pass and adopt Resolution Ordering plans and Specifications No. H-
<br />9, Resolution Adopting Plans and Specifications No, H-9 and Resolution of Intention I10.H-9.
<br />NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that the action of said Board of Trustees in passing and
<br />adopting said Resolution Ordering Plans and Specifications I1o.H-9, and said Resolution
<br />Adopting plans and Specifications No. H-9 and said Resolution of Intention No,H-g, be and
<br />the same is.hereby recinded and each of said Resolution is hereby set aside and made of no
<br />force and effect.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a regular
<br />meeting of said board held on the 6th day of July, 1925, by the following vote:
<br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution. Trustees,
