<br />bonds to represent unpaid assess-
<br />ments and bear interest at the rate of
<br />seven (7%) per cent per annum will
<br />be issued heremider in the manner pro-
<br />vided by the Improvement Bond Act of
<br />1015, the last Installment of which bonds'
<br />shall mature and be payable nine (0)
