And whereas within the time allowed and fixed by law when any person or 'persons having any objections to the proposed work or improvements hereinbefore described or to the extent of the district to be assessed therefor or to the grades at which said work is to be done and made could appear before the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City certain `3 owners of property liable to be assessed for said work and improvements appeared before eaicl Board of Trustees and made oral objections to the extent of said proposed work and improve- ments; and Whereas said Board of Trustees did proceed to hear and consider said objections above having mentioned and after fully considered the same, it is hereby Resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City that the objections and r protests above mentioned were not made by the owners of more than one half of the area of the district to be assessed therefor and be it further resolved that said objections and protests be and the same overruled. Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a regular meet- ing of,said Board held on the 20th day of July, 1925, by the following vote: Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Trustees, C.K.Alabie, A.E.Monteith, G.W.IVIcNulty, M.E.Ryan, H.A.Beeger. RESOLVED, that whereas the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, did, on the 15th day of June, 1925, pass and adopt -.Resolution of Intention No. H-10 to order the here- inafter described work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town, which Resolution of Intention no. H-10, was duly and legally published as required by law, as appears from the affidavit of John Isaac, now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town: and WHEREAS, notice of the passage of said Resolution of Intention No. H-10, headed "NOTICE OF IMPROV10FT" were duly and legally posted in time, form, manner and number as required by law, as appears from the affidavit of C.L.Dimmitt, Street Superintendent, now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town.; and WHEREAS, it appears from the affidavitt of C.L.Dimmitt, Street Superintendent, hereinb- efore referred'to herein, that the posting of said notices of Imptovements as aforesaid was completed on the 23rd day of June, 1925; and WHEREAS, at the time fixed in and by said Resolution of Intention NO.H-10, and in the notices of the passage thereof so posted as aforesaid, when and where any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work and improvements described therein and herein- after described or to the proposed grades at which said work is to be done and made could appear before the Board of•Trustees of the Town of Redwood City and show cause why said work and improvements should be carried out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention .
