And whereas within the time allowed and fixed by law when any person or 'persons having <br />any objections to the proposed work or improvements hereinbefore described or to the extent <br />of the district to be assessed therefor or to the grades at which said work is to be done <br />and made could appear before the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City certain <br />`3 <br />owners of property liable to be assessed for said work and improvements appeared before eaicl <br />Board of Trustees and made oral objections to the extent of said proposed work and improve- <br />ments; and <br />Whereas said Board of Trustees did proceed to hear and consider said objections above <br />having <br />mentioned and after fully considered the same, it is hereby <br />Resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City that the objections and <br />r <br />protests above mentioned were not made by the owners of more than one half of the area of <br />the district to be assessed therefor and be it further resolved that said objections and <br />protests be and the same overruled. <br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a regular meet- <br />ing of,said Board held on the 20th day of July, 1925, by the following vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Trustees, <br />C.K.Alabie, A.E.Monteith, G.W.IVIcNulty, M.E.Ryan, H.A.Beeger. <br />Noes and asgainst the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Trustee, <br />NONE. <br />Absent, Trustees, NONE. <br />H. Motion carried. <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE WORK, No,.H - 10. <br />RESOLVED, that whereas the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, did, on the <br />15th day of June, 1925, pass and adopt -.Resolution of Intention No. H-10 to order the here- <br />inafter described work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town, which Resolution <br />of Intention no. H-10, was duly and legally published as required by law, as appears from the <br />affidavit of John Isaac, now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town: and <br />WHEREAS, notice of the passage of said Resolution of Intention No. H-10, headed "NOTICE <br />OF IMPROV10FT" were duly and legally posted in time, form, manner and number as required <br />by law, as appears from the affidavit of C.L.Dimmitt, Street Superintendent, now on file in <br />the office of the Clerk of said Town.; and <br />WHEREAS, it appears from the affidavitt of C.L.Dimmitt, Street Superintendent, hereinb- <br />efore referred'to herein, that the posting of said notices of Imptovements as aforesaid <br />was completed on the 23rd day of June, 1925; and <br />WHEREAS, at the time fixed in and by said Resolution of Intention NO.H-10, and in the <br />notices of the passage thereof so posted as aforesaid, when and where any and all persons <br />having any objections to the proposed work and improvements described therein and herein- <br />after described or to the proposed grades at which said work is to be done and made could <br />appear before the Board of•Trustees of the Town of Redwood City and show cause why said <br />work and improvements should be carried out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention <br />. No. H-10 or -why said work and improvements should not be carried out and done at the proposer <br />
