<br />certain owners of property liable to be assessed for said work and improvements made oral
<br />objections to the said work- and improvements and to the extent thereof; and
<br />WHEREAS, said Board of Trustees did proceed to hear and consider said oral objections ani
<br />after fully considering the same did duly pass and adopt a Resolution determining and resol-
<br />ving that said objections were not made by the owners of more than one half of the area of
<br />the property in the district to be assessed for said work and improvements and overruling
<br />said objections, and said Board of Trustees now having aquired jurisdiction to order said
<br />work and improvements;
<br />THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the public interest and convenience require the Mork and
<br />improvements herein described and the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City hereby
<br />orders the following work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town of Redwood
