<br />On motion of Trustee I,IcNulty, seconded by Trustee I;Iabie, minutes of regular meetigs held
<br />July 6th and 20th,1925, be dispensed with until next regular meeting, Notion carried.
<br />DommAnication from Whitcomb & Smith asking the Board to place Dots 3,4,&,8, Blk 21
<br />Dingee Park was on motion of Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee, Ryan same be received and
<br />filed, and said parties have Blue print and specifications of the building they expect to
<br />build on said lots and present to the Board at their next meeting. I;Totion carried.
<br />Affidavit of C.D.Dimmitt Supt of Streets in the matter of posting notice of Arguello
<br />Street improvements. under Resolution of Intentio;a No. H-11, was on motion of Trustee meNulty
<br />seconded by Trustee P.Tabie, same be received and filed. Motion carried.

<br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE WORIi, NQ, H-11.
<br />RESOLVED, that wheras the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, did on the
<br />6th day of July, 1925, pass its Resolution of Intention No, H-11, to order the hereinafter.
<br />described work to be done and improvements to be made in said Tonna. of Redwood City, which
<br />Resolution of Intention No. H-11, was duly and legally published as required by law as appears
<br />from the affidavit of Jas D. Hedge, now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town; and.
<br />DIMEAS, notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention no, H-11, headed
<br />"NOTICE OF IMPROMTENT" were duly and legally posted along the line of said contemplated
<br />work and improvements and in front of all property liable to be assessed therefor and upon
<br />all the streets in'the district to be assessed,..in time,form,manner and number, as required
<br />by law, as appears from the affidavit of C.L.Diamnitt, Superintendent of Streets of said
<br />Town of Redwood City and now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town; and.
<br />77HEEREAS, it appears from the affidavit of C.L.Dimmitt, Street Superintendent, here-
<br />inbefore referred to herein, that the posting,of said notice; of the passage of said,
<br />Resolution of Intention ISo. H-11, was completed on the 10th, day of July, 1925; and
<br />VM-REAS, in and by said.Resolution of Intention No.H-11, and in the notice of the pass-
<br />age thereof, posted as aforesaid, said. Board of Trustees of the Town of. Redwood City fixed
<br />Wednesday.the. 22nd day of.July, 1925, at the hour of 8 o,clock P.P.I. of said day.at the
<br />meeting pls:ce of the Board of 1rusteas, of,said Towb in.the.council chamber in the To=
<br />Hall on 'Webster Street,in,said Town of Redwood City,County of San I.iateo,State of
<br />California, as the day,hour and -place, when and where any and all persons having any ob-
<br />jections to the propsoed work and improvements described in said Resolution of Intention
<br />No.H-II and hereinafter herein described or to the propesed grades at which said work-
<br />is to be done and made could appear before said board, of trustees and show cause why said .
