<br />Upon roil call there were present Trustees 0:•FwMabie, A.E.Monteith, G.W.McNulty, IlI.E.Ryan

<br />Absent, Trustee, Pres H.A.Beeger.
<br />Moved by Trustee I1c2ulty, seconded by Trustee Ryan Trustee Iiabie be appointed 'Chairman
<br />pro tem. Motion carried.
<br />Minutes of meetings held July 6th, 20th, and 23rd, 1925 were read and on YtotioA of Trustee`
<br />KeNulty seconded by Trustee Ryan same be approved as read,,11otion carried.
<br />On motion of Trustee Monteith, seconded by Trustee Ryan, the matter of Whitcomb & Smith
<br />inTbe'half of a client to take out Tots 3-4-8 in Blk 2, Dingee Park from the "residence dis-
<br />trict and 'place same in the business district was on motion of Trustee Monteith, seconded by
<br />Trustee Ryan said matter be laid over to Wednesday August 5th, 1925,at 8 oiclock P.N.
<br />motion carried.
<br />Application of William I. Anderson, 711 Stambaugh St this City for a permit to operate a
<br />Taxi service was on motion of Trustee Ryan, seconded by Trustee Monteith said application be
<br />granted with the approval of his bond by the City Attorney. Motion carried.
<br />Affidavit of John Isaac in the matter of Publishing notice to bidders for the construction
<br />of a settling tank was on motion of Dicidulty seconded by Trustee Monteith same be -received anti
<br />filed. Motion carried.

<br />their bid, and the certified check be returnrd to the unsuccessful bidder 'Motion carried.
<br />On motion of Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Monteith and carried the following

<br />water doing the vacation time, was on motion of Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Monteith,
<br />they be given free water. Motion carried.

<br />On motion of Trustee Ryan seconded by Trustee McNulty, the Supt of„Streets be authorized
<br />to purchase a new Ford truck for the Street Dept. Motion carried.
