C L a description of said work, was filed-iu the office of the Clerk of said Town of Redwood City on the 27th day of July, 1925; -and WHEREAS, said Clerk did thereupon fix Monday the 17th day of AUgmst, 1925, at the hour of 10 olclock A;M, of said day at the meeting place of said Board of Trustees in the counoA it chamber in the Town Hall of said Town as the time and place for hearing on said assess - meat and as the time and place for making written objections thereto as proved for in that certain act of the Legislature of the State of California entitled "Improvement Act of 1911' approved April 7th,1911, and sots amendatory thereto; and W:RVA $9 said notioa�of filinf<said street assesement and hearing thereon was duly and legally published as required by law as appears from the affidavit of J.A.Hedge, now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town of Redwood City; and r WHEREAS, said notice of filing street assessment and hearing thereon was duly and leg- ally posted as required bylaw, and owners of property�assessed4for street work were duly and legally -notified of said filing of said assessment and of the hearing thereon as appear ed on the affidavit of,A.A.Price, Town Clark, now on filed in the office of the Clerk of said Town; and WHEREAS, no objections of any kind were made against said assessment and no appeals of R w W kind were taken to the Board of Trustees relative to said assessment and said Board of Trustees now have acquired jurisdiction of said assessment, now therefore be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City that the above mentioned assessment for street work done under Resolution of Intention*No. G-7 hereinbefore mentioned be and same is hereby confirmed. Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 17th day of August, 1925, by the following vote: Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolutione Trustees, C.S.Mabie, A.E.Monteith, G.W.MoNulty, M.E.Ryan, H.A.Beeger@ Noes and against the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Trustees, NONE* Absent, Trustees, NONE.
