<br />Upon roll call there were present Trustees A.E.Monteith, G.?A.Mofiulty, M.E.Ryan, City

<br />Chairman Beeger being absent the meeting was called to order by City Clerk Prioe, and on
<br />be.
<br />motion of Trustee Monteith, seoonded.,by Trustee. Ryan, Tru.stae.Modulty/� appointed chair-
<br />man pro -tem. Motion carried r
<br />On motion of Trustee Ryan, seconded by Trustee Monteith, the minutes of meetings held
<br />August 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 318t, i925.,be dispensed with until neat.regglar meeting,

<br />Application of Viotoft Hildebrant with a petition signed by signed by property owners in
<br />the vicinity of Ramona at an4 Roosevelt Ave, for a permit tto establish a general store was
<br />on motion of Trustee Ryan, seconded by Trustee Monteith, said application and petition be
<br />referred, to the Planning Commission for *htben on same., Motion carried.
<br />-Report of City Electrician Collins on the enstalling of street lights on Hi.11view..Hill-
<br />crest and Hillside Avenues in the amount of 4350*00, was. on motion of Trustee Ryan, seeondei
<br />by Trustee Monteith said report be referred to City Electrician Collins and Trustee Ryan
<br />for action. Motion carried.
<br />Application of Cecil E* wampler of 334 Stambaugh Street for any future position in the
<br />Fire depaittment, was on motion of Trustee Ryan, seconded by Trustee luonteith, same received
<br />and filed for future reference. YLotion carried.
<br />Applioation from property owners asking for the installing of street lights at Fulton st
<br />OIL Vera Ave, and at Madison Ave and to the oreek, was on motion of Trustee Monteith, seoondjd
<br />by Trustee Ryan same be received and filed and referred to City Electrician Collins*
<br />Notion carried.
<br />Application of the majority of the property owners on Bing Street, south of Roosevelt
<br />.Avenue for the improving of said street, was on motion of Trustee Ryan, seconded by Trustee
<br />Monteith same be received and filed*•Motion carried*
<br />Monthly reports of -Vire Chief Ryan and,Polioe ohief Collins, was on motion of Trustee
<br />Monteith, sAoonded by Trustee Ryan said reports be ;received and filed* Motion carried*
<br />Report of thec.Pianning .Commission in the matter of A.Fromm and H.B.Gardiner in approving
<br />the map and plans,of the uit080SED WHARF ON REDWOOD CREEK AT BROADWAY" was on motion of
<br />Trustee Ryan, seconded by Trustee Monteith, the Board go on raeordeapproving the report of
<br />the Planning Commission, and hereby grant Mr A.Fromm and Mr H.B.Gardiner permission to
<br />constructesaid wharf in accordance to Plans and map filed with the City* Motion carried*
<br />Moved by Trustee Monteith, seconded by Trustee Ryan, Trustee Ryan be granted permission
<br />to leave the State the latter part of September, Motion carried*
<br />Trustee Monteith offers the following Resolution, and moves its adoption, Trustee Ryan

<br />RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTEST TO WORK UNDER RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO.H-14.
<br />WHEREAS, thOeBoard of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, did, on the 10th day of
<br />August* 1925 pass and adopt Resolution of Intention No. H-14, to order the following work
<br />to be done .and improvements to be made in said Town of Redwood City, to -wit:
