<br />Regular meeting of the Board of Town Trustees held.
<br />Upon roll call there were present Trustees A.E.Monteith, G.W.Mcllulty, 11.E.Ryan, City
<br />Clerk 17.A.Priee,
<br />Absent, Trustees, H.A.Beeger, ..K.Mabie.
<br />Chairman beeger being absent the meeting was called to order by City clerk price, and on

<br />motion of Trustee Monteith, seconded by 1=stee 11yan, Trustee Mcliultappointed ,.hair -
<br />man pro -tem. Motion carried
<br />On motion of Trustee Ryan, seconded by Trustee Monteith, the minutes of meetings held
<br />1ugust 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 31st, 1925- ,be dispensed with until next regular meeting,

<br />uommunication from the 3outhern eacific moo, regarding the stopping of certain/trains
<br />at Redwood City, was on motion of Trustee Monteith, seconded by Trustee Ryan, same be
<br />received and filed. Motion carried.
<br />_pplication of Iictor Hildebrant with a petition signed by signed by property owners in
<br />the vicinity of Ramona 3t and :Zoosevelt Ave, for a permit .to establish a general store was
<br />on motion of Trustee ;yan, seconded by Trustee hionteith, said application and -petition be
<br />referred to the planning commission for action on same, Motion carried.
<br />Report of City Electrician Collins on the enstalling of street lights on iiillview,Hill-
<br />crest and Hillside Avenues in the amount of v350.001 was on motion of Trustee :yan, seconded
<br />by Trustee Monteith said report be referred to amity :;lectrician Collins and trustee :.17an
<br />for action. ,,.otion carried.
<br />Application of Cecil E. Zampler of 334 :,tambaugh ,street for any future position in the
<br />vire depattment, was on motion of Trustee Ryan, seconded by trustee monteith, same received
<br />and filed for future reference. ,"otion carried.
<br />Application from property owners asking for the installing of street lights at _ulton at
<br />on lera -ve, and at Liadison "ve and to the creek, was on motion of Trustee Monteith, seconded
<br />by .-rustee Ryan same be received and filed and referred to City Electrician Collins.
<br />Motion carried.
<br />Application of the majority of the property owners on King street, south of ::oosevelt
<br />Avenue for the improving of said street, was on motion of Trusted ;yan, seconded by Trustee
<br />Monteith same be received and filed. Motion carried.
<br />Monthly reports of .Fire Chief Ryan and Police Chief Collins, was on motion of Trustee
<br />Monteith, seconded by Trustee Ryan said reports be received and filed. Motion carried.
<br />Report of the Planning Commission in the matter of A.Fromm and H.B.Gardiner in approving
<br />the map and plans of the "PROPOSED WHARF ON REDWOOD CREEK AT BROADWAY" was on motion of
<br />Trustee Ryan, seconded by Trustee Monteith, the Board go on record approving the report of
<br />the Planning Commission, and hereby grant Mr A.Fromm and Mr H.B.Gardiner permission to
<br />construct said wharf in accordance to Plans and map filed with the City. Motion carried.
<br />Moved by Trustee Monteith, seconded by Trustee Ryan, Trustee Ryan be granted permission
<br />to leave the State the latter part of September, Motion carried.
<br />Trustee Monteith offers the following Resolution, and moves its adoption, Trustee Ryan
<br />seconds the motion, Motion carried.
<br />RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTEST TO WORK UNDER RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO -H-140
<br />WHEREAS, thecBoard of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, did, on the 10th day of
<br />August, 1925 pass and adopt Resolution of Intention No. R-14, to order the following work
<br />to be done and improvements to be made in said Town of Redwood Uity, to -wit:
