<br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE WORK N09 H-14.
<br />HESOLYED, that whereas, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City did on the 100
<br />`.� day of August, 1925, pass its Resolution of Intention No. H-14 to order the hereinafter
<br />described work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town of Redwood City, which
<br />Resolution of Intention No.H-34, was duly and legally published as required by law as appears
<br />from the affidavit of John Isaac, now on filein the office of the Clerk of said Town; and
<br />NB3RRAS9 notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention No.H-14 headed "NOTICE
<br />OP IMPROVEMTS" were duly and legally posted along the line of said contemplated work and
<br />improvements and in front of all property liable to be assessed therefor and upon all streets
<br />in the district to be assessed in time, manner and number as required by law as appears frou
<br />the affidavit of 0.35,:Dimmitt,j7b'zperintendent of Streets of said Town of Redwood City and now
<br />on file in the offioe of the"'ffierk of said Town: and
<br />UREREAS, it appears from the afl daviU of C.L.Diumiitt, Street Superintendent hereinbefore

<br />the Board of Trustees of said Town and show cause why said work and improvements should not
<br />be carried out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention Bo. H-14, or why said propos d
<br />work and improvements should not be carried out and done at the grades as shown on the P17
<br />profiles and specifications referred to in said Resolution of Intention No. H-14; and
