<br />the Southern Pacific 3ailroad
<br />uompany to lower the spur
<br />,track at the northern end of Monroe
<br />Street, to grade and to remove
<br />the posts across the street
<br />near said track, be denied for the
<br />reason that the board cannot see
<br />the neesssity of lowering
<br />said track for the reason that it is at the extreme dead end of the
<br />street and that the posts
<br />are necessary to prevent the public
<br />from driving upon the railroad
<br />tracks of the-outhern
