<br />Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City held*
<br />Upon roll call there were present Trustees; -President G.W.McNu1ty9Car1 g,Mabie,H.A,
<br />Beeger,M,E.Ryan,Clerk W.A.Price.
<br />Minutes of regular meeting held March Igth,I923,were read and on motion of Trustee
<br />Mabie,second'ed by Trustee geeger same be approved as read, Motion Carried.
<br />Moved by Trustee Beeger,seconded by Trustee Ryan and carried the City Attorney be
<br />instructed to draw a Resolution opposing Senate Bill # 447.
<br />Affidavit of Jas.D,Hedge in the matter of Publishing and affidavit of W.A.Price,City
<br />Clerk,in the matter of posting neat the Council Chaaber door notice inviting sealed
<br />proposals pf improvements under Resolution of Intention No.F.-2,wae on motion of Trustee
<br />Mabie,seconded by Trustee Beeger and carried said affidavits be received and filed.
