<br />Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees held.
<br />Upon roll call there were present: -Trustees President H. A. Beeger, Co K. Mabie, A. E.
<br />Monteith, G. W. McNulty, M. E. Ryan, City Clerk, W. A. Price.
<br />Minutes of meetings held Aug. 3rd, 10th, 17th and 31sts also Sept 8th, and 21st, 1925

<br />were read and on motion of Trustee McNulty seconded by Trustee Mabie same approved as read.
<br />Motion carried.
<br />Affidavit of John Isaac in the matter of Publishing, and affidavit of W. A. Price
<br />City Clerk in the matter of mailing notice of PILING STREET ASSESSMENT AND HEARING THEREON,
<br />under Resolution of Intention No. H. 4, was on motion of Trustee Mabie seconded by Trustee
<br />Monteith, same be received and filed. Motion carried.
<br />Trustee Monteith offers the following Resolution and moves its adoption Trustee McNultjr
<br />seconds the motion. Motion carried.
<br />RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT
<br />WHEREAS, the assessment for street work done.under that certain contract dated June
<br />the 11th, 1925, between W. A. Dontanville, first party, and C. L. Dimmitt, as Superintendent
<br />of Streets of the Town of Redwood City, as second party, for the doing of all street work
<br />mentioned and described in Resolution of Intention No. H-4, passed and adopted by the Board
<br />of Trustees of the Town .of Redwood City on the 6th day of April, 1925, and now on file in
<br />the office of the Clerk of said Town of Redwood City, to which Resolution of Intention
<br />reference is hereby made for a description of said work, was filed in the office of the
<br />Clerk of said Town of Redwood City on the first day of October, 1925; and
<br />WHEREAS, said Clerk div thereupon fix Monday, the 19th day of October, 1925, at the
<br />hour of 7:.30 o'clock P. M. of said day at the meeting place of said Board of Trustees in
<br />the Council Chamber in the Town Hall of said Town as the time and place for a hearing on
<br />said assessment and as the time and place for making written objections thereto as provided
<br />for in that certain act of the Legislature of the State of California entitled "Improvement
<br />Act of 191111, approved April 7th, 1911, and acts amendatory thereof; and
<br />WHEREAS, said notice of filing of said street assessment and hearing thereon was duly
<br />and legally published as required by law, as appears from the affidavit of John Isaac now
<br />on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town of Redwood City; and
<br />WHEREAS,,said notice of filiAg.,street assessment and of hearing thereon was duly and
<br />legally posted as required by law and the owners of property assessed for street vco rk as
<br />shown on street assessment were duly and legally notified of said filing of said assessment
<br />and of the hearing thereon, as appear by the affidavit of W. A. Price, Town Clerk, now on
<br />Tile in the office of the Clerk of said Town; and
<br />WHEREAS, no objections of any kind were made agsinst said assessment and no appeals
<br />of any kind were taken to the Board of Trustees of said Town of Redwood City relatiise to
<br />said assessment, and said Board of Trustees now having acquired jurisdiction over said
<br />assessment;
<br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City,
<br />that the above mentioned assessment for street work done under Resolution of Intention
<br />No. H-4 hereinbefore mentioned and described be and the same is hereby confirmed.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a regular
<br />meeting of said Board held on the 19th day of October, 1925, by the following vote:
<br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Trustees,
<br />C. K. Mabie, A. E. Montiith, G. W. McNulty, M. E. Ryan, H. A. Beeger
