<br />owing improvements in said Town of Redwood City, to -wit:

<br />easterly lino of the roadway of Arlink=
<br />ton Road_ to' the northwesterly line of
<br />_ Whipple" Avenue In the Town of ,Red-'
<br />wood- City, Including a portion of the,
<br />Intersection.of Oakdale Street and Arl-
<br />ington Road within the lines above de-
<br />scribed, be Improved as follows, to- I
<br />wit: ,
<br />That the roadway- and portion of
<br />roadway of said above described street'
<br />he graded and paved, with a'five '(6)
<br />Inch cement. concrete pavemect.
<br />That hydraulic cement concrete curbs.
<br />be-censtructed on both aid" of, Oak -

<br />.paved, Bald curb$ -to be six (6) inches
<br />across the top and eleven (11) inches
<br />deep-nnd to be ,made .and constructed at
<br />the same time as the pavement so that
