Trustee Ryan offers the following Resolution and moves its adoption, Trustee MoNulty seconds the motion. Motion carried. RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS NO. I-1. RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, County of San blateo, State of California, that the City Engineer be, and he is hereby ordered to prepare plans profiles and specifications and estimates for doing the following work and making the foll- owing improvements in said Town of Redwood City, to -wit: That Oakdale Street Prom the south- easterly line of the roadway of Arling- ton Road to the northwesterly line of N•1t4nple Avenue In the Town of Red - good City, including a Portion of the Intersection of Oakdale Street and Arl- ington Road within the lines above de- scribed, be improved as follows, to - wit: That the roadway and Portion of roadway of said above described street he graded and Paved with a live (h) Inch cement concrete pavement. That hydraulic cement concrete curbs be constructed on both sides of Oak- dale Street hereinabove described to be Paved, said curbs to be six (fi) inches across the tot) still eleven (11) Inches deep and to be made and constructed at the same time as the pavement so that there will be no ,joint between the curb and Pavement. Said curb shall also be constructed upon the corners of inter- secting streets or roads whenever said streets or reads are to be paved as hereinbefore described. Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 4th day of January, 1926, by the following vote: Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Trustees.
