<br />Upon roll call there were presenjr, Trustees Z.T.Thorning, D.R.Stafford,G.W,McNulty,
<br />Clerk, W.A«Price.
<br />Absent, Trustees H.A.Beeger, E.M.Dearborn.
<br />On motion of Trustee Thorning, seconded by Trustee Stafford, on account of the
<br />carried.

<br />Mr Thos Nelson appeared before the Board in the of getting a permit to build a
<br />community church on Roosevelt Ave, was on motion of Trustee Stafford, seconded. by Trust-
<br />ee Thorning same be reffered to the Planning Commission, Motion carried.
<br />Application and petition was presented by hers viola Reed of Jackson St this city
<br />to conduct a tea at 20 Finger Ave which is situated in the residental district it was
<br />onded by Trustee Stafford same be referred to the Plana
<br />on motion of Trustee Thorning sec

<br />_of Commereerasking the Board to arrange to have no parking painted on the streets at
<br />various stops for the stopping of the Peninsula Rapid Transit Company , was on motion o'
<br />Trustee thorning, seconded by Trustee Stafford said communication be_received and 21�,.ed°
<br />and the clerk be instructed to notify the Cqmmittee it would be given attention by the
<br />Board. Motion carried.
