<br />Upon roll call their were present Trustees, Pres H.A.Beeger, Z.T.Thorning, G.W.I.1clTulty

<br />On motion of Trustee 1.1clTulty, seconded by Trustee Thorning the reading of the min-
<br />utes of meetings held^April 5th, 8th, 19th, 26th,/iand i -ay 3rd, 1926, be dispensed with.
<br />Notion carried.
<br />Application of C.S.Shirain of the 'Walnut St Garage 641 71alnut St, for a permit to
<br />install a five gallon gasoline pump on the side walk, was on motion of Trustee 11clTult-y,
<br />seconded by Trustee Thorning said permit be granted.I..otion carried.
<br />Application of the Italian Catholic Federation for a permit to give a dance in the
<br />I. 0. 0. F. Hall Saturday eve 1,1ay 22nd,1926 until lo'clock, was on motion of Trustee
<br />Thorning seconded by Trustee iricllulty, said permit be granted. I'dotion carried.
<br />On motion of Trustee Dearborn, seconded by Trustee I,1clTulty, a warrant be drawn in
<br />favor of Lynn & Perrin in the sum of X542.00, being final payment on I,:achine Shop at the
<br />Fire House, Iilotion carried.
<br />A communication from the committee recently appointed to investigate water supply
<br />facilities and future requirements of the Peninsula Cities and asking the City of Red-
<br />wood to donate the sum of ;x200.00 as the City shere tiwards the expense of such invest-
<br />tigation, was on motion Trustee Dearborn, seconded by Trustee I:icllulty, the clerk be
<br />instructed to draw a warrant in the amount of :200.00 this City's quota.Idotion carried.
<br />On motion of Trustee Ilicllulty, seconded by Trustee Thorning, the clerk be instruct-
<br />ed to draw a warrant in the amount of '930.52 in favor of the City Tax Collector for a
<br />refund for taxes on State property. I:Iotion carried.
<br />Trustee McNulty offers the follotaring Ordinance I1o.25'y, and moves its adoption
<br />Trustee Thorning seconds the motion, Motion carried.

<br />intiopf and maintenance 'of 'Tasollnc
<br />pumps upon the sidewnldcs of Main and
<br />Broadway Streets and El Camino Real
<br />in the Town of Redwood City.
<br />The Board of Trustees of the Tonin
<br />of Redwood City (lo ordain as follows:'
<br />Section 1. It Is hereby declared un-
<br />lawful for any person, firm or corpora-
<br />tion to erect cause to be erected or'
<br />maintain upon any sidewalk areas of
<br />Main and Broadway Streets and 131
<br />Camino Real in the Town of Redwood
<br />city. County of Stuff Mateo, State of'
<br />Califoruln, gasoline pumps of any kind
<br />or description.
<br />Sectlon 2. Any person, firm or cor-
<br />poration violating any of the provisions
<br />of this Ordinance shall he guilty Of a+
<br />misdemeanor and on conviction there-,
<br />of shall be punished by a fine not ex-
<br />ceeding Three Hundred ($300) Dollars,
<br />or by Imprisonment not exceeding nine-
<br />ty (90) (lays, or by both such line and
<br />Imprisonment, and every day that vlo-1
<br />latlon of this ordinance continues shall;
<br />be consdered as a separate and distincr
<br />offense.
<br />'Section 3. This ordinance shall be
<br />published once in the Redwood City
<br />Standard and shall take effect and be
<br />In force from and after thirty (30) days(
<br />after Its passage.
