<br />Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees held.
<br />Upon roll call there were present Trustees, Pres. H.A. Beeger, Z.T. Thorning,
<br />D. R. Stafford;.,G. W. UcNulty, E. It. Dearborn, Clerk W. A. Price.

<br />ITinutes of regular adjourned meeting held August 30, 1926, were read and on
<br />motion of Trustee Me Nulty, seconded by Trustee Dearborn, same be approved as read.
<br />Motion carried.
<br />Application of H. D. Goetze for a Electrical contractors permit, was on motion
<br />of Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Dearborn, said
<br />permit be granted on approval of his bond by the City Attorney. Motion carried.
<br />Communication from Fred H. Drake of San Carlos, in regards to the organizing
<br />a real county development,.:association to be known as the County Chamber of Commerce
<br />was on motion of Trustee Stafford, seconded by Trustee Dearborn same be received
<br />and filed, and the clerk be instructed to write the Board of Supervisors the approval
<br />of the plan by this Board of 'Trustees. Motion carried.
<br />Application of the Pacific Gas &: Electric Co. for a permit to set one pole on
<br />East Brewster Ave as per Blue Print No. 1248-R, also to set one pole on Stambaugh
<br />St, as per Blue Print No. 1249-R was on motion of Trustee Stafford, seconded by
<br />Trustee HeNulty, same be granted. Motion carried.
<br />RESOLUTION CONFIRMING STREET ASSESSMENT
<br />:7iiERFAS, the assessment for street work done under that certain contract
<br />dated the 29th day of October, 1925, between A. J. Crocker Co., a corporation, first
<br />party, which contract was duly and legally assigned to the Peninsula Paving Company,
<br />and C. L. Dimmitt, as Superintendent of Streets of the Town of Redwood City, as
<br />second party, for the doing off all street work mentioned and described in Resolution
<br />of Intention No. H-13, passed— and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town. of
<br />Redwood City on the 10th day of August, 1925, and now on file in the office of the
<br />Clerk of said Town of Redwood City, to which Resolution of Intention reference is
<br />hereby made for a description of said work, was filed in the office of the Clerk of
<br />said Town on the 9th day of August, 1926; and
<br />Whereas, said Town Clerk did thereupon fix 1-1onday, the 30th day of
<br />August, 1926, at the hour of 8 o'clock P.M. of said day, at the Council Chamber
<br />of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Reftood City in the Tom Hall of said Town
<br />as the time and place of hearing, on said assessment as required by law and as the
<br />time and place of making written objections thereto as provided for in the Improvement
<br />Act of 1911; and
<br />whereas, notice of the filing of said assessment and of t'.e hearing
<br />thereon were duly given by posting, publishing; and mailing as required by law, as
<br />appears from the affidavits thereof now on file in the office of the Clerk of said
<br />T own; and
<br />Whereas. at said time and place last herein mentioned no objections of
<br />any lona were made to said assessment, and said Board of Trustees now having acquired
<br />jurisdiction thereon, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City does hereby
<br />resolve as follows: that the assessment above mentioned for work done under Resolution
<br />of Intention No. 11-13 hereinbefore mentioned, be and the same is hereby confirmed.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City
<br />at the hour of 9.10 o'clock P.M. at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 7th
<br />day of September, 1926, by the following vote:
