9� <br />i <br />Trustee Thorning offers Ordinance No. 266 ( An ordinance amending an ordinance. <br />entitled '70rdinance No. 210, an ordinance licensing for purpose of regulation and <br />revenue every kind of lavvrful business hereinafter specified transacted olw carried <br />on within the limits of the Town of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of <br />California, fixing the rate of license tax upon the same, and providing for the <br />collection of said License Tax, and providing a punishment for carrying on same <br />without a license, and repealing Ordinance No. 10611, passed and adopted by the <br />Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City on the 22nd day of July, 1920) and <br />moves its introduction. Trustee Stafford seconds the motion. Motion carried. <br />Trustee Stafford offers Ordinance No. 267 (An Ordinance declaring E1 Camino Real <br />in the Town of Redwood City to be a Main artery or Highway and providing that all <br />vehicular travel shall stop before entering upon El Camino Real from any street <br />or avenue intersecting same, and providing a Penalty for Violation hereof4 and <br />moves its introduction. Trustee IicNulty seconds the motion. Motion carried. <br />Trustee Stafford offers Ordinance No. 268 (An ordinance regulating the conduct <br />of the public in going to and at fires in the Town of Redwood City) and moves its <br />introduction. Trustee Dearborn seconds the motion: Motion carried. <br />Reports of Treasurer, Tax Collector, Building, Plumbing and Electrical Inspector, <br />Chief of Police, and Pound Master were read and on motion of Trustee McNulty, <br />seconded by Trustee Dearborn, said reports be received and'filed..
