<br />necessary to be raised by taxation UP -
<br />on the taxable property within the
<br />Town of Redwood City as a revenue
<br />to carry un the various departments of
<br />sold Town for the current year 1926-
<br />1927 anti to pay the bonded Indebted-
<br />ness of said Town falling due and be-
<br />cominir payable during said Year to-
<br />gether witty the Interest thereon, is
<br />hereby ascertained to be .and is fixe{i at
<br />the sum of one hundred and eleven
<br />thousand six hundred and fifty-bhree
<br />and 5-1-00 {$111,653.05) dollars that Is
<br />to say: $354 for the linyment of the
<br />Wittier Works bonds. of said Town fall -

<br />said pear, together with the interest

<br />and becoming payable during said year,

<br />,! pal Improvement Bonds of 1923 of snid
<br />Town falling due anti becoming payable
<br />' during said year, together with the in-
<br />terest thereon; $448,5 for the payment
<br />of the Municipal Improvement Bonds of
<br />1925 of said Town falling due and be-
<br />coming payable during sold year, to-
<br />gether witAt the Interest thereon; $4650,
<br />{ for the payment of the Municipal Im-
<br />provement•Bonds of 1926 of sold Town
<br />• falling clue during said year, together'
<br />with the Interest thereon, all of said
<br />amourts, except the first two herein to
<br />he raked exclusively from taxation of
<br />property within the limits of the Town
<br />of Redwood City, as same existed on the
<br />8th day of June, 1926, the date when
<br />additional territory was annexed to said
<br />Town,, and not otherwise); Four thous-
<br />and seven hundred and sixteen and
<br />01-100 ($4716.01) dollars for the pur-
<br />pose of maintaining' the Public Library
<br />of said Town during said year; Sixty
<br />seven thousand three 'hundred and sev-
<br />enly one and 70-100 t67,371.70) dollars
<br />for general municipal purposes other
<br />than herelnbefore particularly setforth;
<br />two thousand .six hundred and ninety
<br />'four and 46-100 ($2694.86) dollars for
<br />the payment of bonds In assessment
<br />district H-2 under Tmlprovement Act of
<br />191.5 of the State of California, unpaid
<br />by the owners of property therein;
<br />two thousand six hundred ninety four
<br />and 56-100 (2694.86) dollars for the
<br />payment of bonds in assessment district
<br />No. G-7 under the Improvement Bond
<br />` Act of 1915 of the State of California,
<br />unpaid by the owners .of the properly
<br />` therein; Six hundred and seventy three
<br />and 71-100 ($673.71) dotinrs for main-
<br />taining the Planning Commission of
<br />sold Town during said year-
<br />. STICTION IL All ordinances or parts
<br />of ordinances in conflict with this
<br />Ord -finance are hereby repealed.
<br />SECTION III. This ordinnnee shall
<br />be published once In the Redwood City
<br />Standard, a weekly newspaper ipub-
<br />linked, printed and circulated in said
<br />Town of Redwood City, and shall take
<br />efrect and be In force from and after
<br />Its passage,
<br />Introduced this 30th day of August,
<br />. 1926.
<br />I'assed and adopted as an ordluance
<br />of the Town of Redwatid City by the
<br />Board of Trustees of said Town at a
<br />regular meeting of said Board held on
<br />the 13th day of September, 1926, by the
<br />following vote:
