RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESSIr)NT6 <br />tITMEAS, the assessment for street work done under that certain contract <br />I • <br />" dated June 7th Y{ d ►1926, between Hanrahan Company, a corporation, first Party, and <br />C, L. Dimmitt, as Superintendent of Streets of the Town of Redwood City, as second <br />I party, for the doing of all street work mentioned and described in Resolution of <br />Intention No. I-4, passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of <br />1 <br />#� Redwood City on the`8th day of April, 1926, and now on file in the office of the <br />Clerk of said Town of Redwood City, to which Resolution of Intention reference is <br />hereby made for a description of said work,, was filed in the office of the Clerk <br />of said Town on the 2nc1 day of July, 1926. <br />AND WHEREAS, said Clerk did thereupon fix Monday, the 20th day of Sept. <br />I' 1926, at the hour of 8 otclock P.M. of said day, at the Council Chamber of the Board <br />of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at the Town Hall of said Tovrn as the time <br />and place of hearing of said assessment as required by law, and as the time of maks-Ag <br />written objections thereto as providdd for in the Improvement Act of 1911; and <br />I <br />t <br />WHEREAS at said time and place last herein mentioned no objections of <br />i any kind were made to said assessment, and said Board of Trustees now having acquired <br />I jurisdiction thereon. <br />�I <br />The Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City do hereby resolve as <br />follows, that the assessment above mentioned for work done under Resolution of <br />Intention No. I-4 hereinbefore mentioned be and the same is hereby confirmed. <br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City <br />at a regular meeti4g of said Board held on the 20th day of September 1926, by the <br />!� follovdng vote: <br />4 AYES and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Trustees, <br />t Z.T. Thorning, D. R. Stafford, G. W. McNulty, E.I.I. Dearborn, H. A.
