<br />RESOLUTION
<br />Trustee Thorning presents the following Resolution and moves its adoption:
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City did, on the 3rd day
<br />of May, 1926, at .a regular meeting of said Board, pass and adopt a motion determining
<br />that the Municipal Improvement Bonds of 1926 of said Town, in the amount of Thirty
<br />jThousand ( 030.000) Dollars, being the bonds issued for certain municipal improvements
<br />in said Town, in pursuance of a special election held in said Town on the 12th day of
<br />April. 1926, be sold on the 17th day of May, 1926, at the hour of 8 o'clock P.M. of that
<br />day, and did order and direct the Clerk of said Town to notify the bond buyers who us-
<br />ually bid bid upon Redwood City's bonds of said sale.
<br />AND WHEREAS,. it appears to said Board of Trustees that the Clerk of Said Town
<br />has duly given notice of the sale of said bonds in all respect as required by said Board
<br />AND WHEREAS, it further appears to said Board of Trustees that said Clerk has
<br />duly notified the State Board of Control and the Treasurer of the State of California At
<br />R
<br />the Capitol at Sacramento of the issuance and sale of said bonds in the manner required
<br />by the provisions of section 681 of the Political Code of the State of California;, and
<br />WHEREAS, this is the time and place fixed for the sale of said bonds,, and said
<br />Board having received a bid from HELLER BRUCE & 00, offering to take all of said bonds
