FIL <br />or'lithographed si„nature; and such signing and sealinU of said bonds by said <br />officers and signing of said coupons by said Treasurer shall constitute and be <br />sufficient and binding execution of each and every one of said bonds and all of <br />the coupons thereof respectively. Said bonds shall be substantitally in the form <br />set forth in said "Improvement Bond Act of 1915". <br />The interest coupons attached to each of said bonds and evidencing the <br />interest to accrue thereon shall be numbered consecutively and be substantially <br />in the following form, -to -wit; <br />Coppon No. <br />411 <br />The Town of Redwood, California, will pay <br />to the bearer hereof on the 2nd day of <br />at the office <br />A <br />of the 6ity 'i'reasurer, said sum being the <br />semi-annual interest due on said Improvement <br />Bond No. of Series No. <br />Dated: September 20th, 1926. <br />Treasurer. <br />Said bonds and all of the interest coupons shall be dated <br />September 20th, 1926. <br />SECTION 3. - Said bonds shall be delivered to Peninsula Paving Company, <br />assignee of A. J. Crocker Co., the Contractor, in satisfaction of the balance <br />due said Assignee of said Contractor, upon its assessment and warrant. <br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City <br />at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 20th day of September, 1926, <br />by the followin,-D vot: <br />AYES and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution, <br />, 2.T, Thorning, D.
