"Notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent <br />unpaid assessments, and bear interest at the rate of 71a per annum will be issued <br />hereunder in the manner provided by the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, the last <br />installment of which bonds shall mature nine years from the aboond day of July next <br />succeeding ten months from their date." <br />NOW, THEREFORE*, in consideration of the foregoing premises, the Board <br />of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, does order as follows: <br />SECTIONI. - That bonds shall be issued upon the security of the unpaid <br />assessments to the amount of $28,143.60, in accordance with the provisions of the <br />"Improvement Bond Act of 191511, and under and pursuant to the resolutions, notices <br />141 <br />
