<br />` RESOLUTION RE: EQUALIZATION OF ASSESSMENTS.
<br />BE'IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood'City that it is neo-
<br />. ,
<br />essary for the said Board to obtain evidence of values of real estate and improvements
<br />in the said City, for the purpose of enabling said Board, when sitting as a Board of
<br />Equalization to intelligently perform its duty in equalizing assessments.

<br />BEFIT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said Board employ JAMES G. STAFFORD to obtain and
<br />present'to the said Board of Trustees, and to the said Board of Equalization, detailed
<br />information and facts relating to the value of real estate and improvements within the

<br />Communication from the owners of the Granada Lunch Counter, 161 Main Street in
<br />the Wahl Building through their Attorney A. J. Stebenne, stating they still had a two
<br />years 17ease on the place, and wanted to know how long the building is to remain in its
<br />present location as they were contemplating improving the restaurant, was on motion of
<br />Trustee Stafford seconded by Trustee Dearborn said communication be'referred to the City
<br />Attorney. Motion carried. `
