168 WHEREA84 the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, did, on.the V A 21st day of June, 1926, pass its Resolution of Intention No. I-9 for the improvement of portions of Vera Avenue, King Street, Hudson Street, and Madison Avenue, in said Town, under and pursuant to the provisions of the "Improvement Act of 191111, and amendments thereto, and the "Improvement Bond Act of 1915", and to the resolutions, notices and other proceedings of said Town, duly adopted and taken, reference to said Resolution of Intention being hereby expressly made for further particulars; and WHEREAS, the contract for said work and improvement was duly awarded and thereafter duly completed to the satisfaction of theSuperintendentof Streets of said Town and of said Board of Trustees, whereupon a warrant, Certificate, Diagram and Assessment were made, recordddlanddelivered to the Contractor, in time, -form and manner as required by said Act, and the said Contractor having made due return thereon; and WHEREAS, on the #13th day of January, 1927, the Street Superintendent of said Town made and filed with the Clerk of said Board of Trustees, a complete list of all 'assessments unpaid thereunder upon the respective assessment or diagram numbers thereon, wherepgon said Clerk gave notice of the filing of said list and fixed in said Notice Monday, the 24th day of January, 1927, (which same is a regular meeting day of said Board of Trustees) at the hour of 7:30 o'clibck P.M., at the time when interested persons might appear before the said Board of Trustees and show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments shvvvn- on said list; and it duly appearing that the,said notice of hearing aforesaid was posted and published as requred by law; and no objections having been presented by any persons, before or at the time set for said hearing; and WHEREAS, since the filing of said list there have.beeii,paid assessment to the gross amount of $2,272.34, with the consent of Contractor, as follows: ASSESSMENT and Diagram Number Amount of Assessment in Dollars and Cents. 9 762.80 125 323.50, 138 254.35 142 888:70 143 21.41 154 21.51 161 (on account) .07 It is hereby determinded that the assessments unpaid hereunder, and the aggregate amounts of the same are as follows: e Assessment and Diagram Number 2 3 4 7 10 r 11 ?t i 12 ,F Amt. of Assessment in Dollars and Cents. 186.46 233.50 233.50 233.50 r 233.50 '�, ,. 60'7: 445` 466.60 210.00 ■
