168 <br />WHEREA84 the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, did, on.the <br />V A <br />21st day of June, 1926, pass its Resolution of Intention No. I-9 for the improvement <br />of portions of Vera Avenue, King Street, Hudson Street, and Madison Avenue, in said <br />Town, under and pursuant to the provisions of the "Improvement Act of 191111, and <br />amendments thereto, and the "Improvement Bond Act of 1915", and to the resolutions, <br />notices and other proceedings of said Town, duly adopted and taken, reference to said <br />Resolution of Intention being hereby expressly made for further particulars; and <br />WHEREAS, the contract for said work and improvement was duly awarded and <br />thereafter duly completed to the satisfaction of theSuperintendentof Streets of <br />said Town and of said Board of Trustees, whereupon a warrant, Certificate, Diagram <br />and Assessment were made, recordddlanddelivered to the Contractor, in time, -form <br />and manner as required by said Act, and the said Contractor having made due return <br />thereon; and <br />WHEREAS, on the #13th day of January, 1927, the Street Superintendent of <br />said Town made and filed with the Clerk of said Board of Trustees, a complete list <br />of all 'assessments unpaid thereunder upon the respective assessment or diagram numbers <br />thereon, wherepgon said Clerk gave notice of the filing of said list and fixed in said <br />Notice Monday, the 24th day of January, 1927, (which same is a regular meeting day of <br />said Board of Trustees) at the hour of 7:30 o'clibck P.M., at the time when interested <br />persons might appear before the said Board of Trustees and show cause why bonds should <br />not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments shvvvn- on said list; and it <br />duly appearing that the,said notice of hearing aforesaid was posted and published as <br />requred by law; and no objections having been presented by any persons, before or at <br />the time set for said hearing; and <br />WHEREAS, since the filing of said list there have.beeii,paid assessment to the <br />gross amount of $2,272.34, with the consent of Contractor, as follows: <br />ASSESSMENT and <br />Diagram Number <br />Amount of Assessment <br />in Dollars and Cents. <br />9 762.80 <br />125 323.50, <br />138 254.35 <br />142 888:70 <br />143 21.41 <br />154 21.51 <br />161 (on account) .07 <br />It is hereby determinded that the assessments unpaid hereunder, <br />and the aggregate amounts of the same are as follows: <br />e <br />Assessment and <br />Diagram Number <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />7 <br />10 <br />r <br />11 <br />?t <br />i <br />12 <br />,F <br />Amt. of Assessment <br />in Dollars and Cents. <br />186.46 <br />233.50 <br />233.50 <br />233.50 <br />r <br />233.50 <br />'�, ,. <br />60'7: 445` <br />466.60 <br />210.00 <br />■ <br />
