<br />Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees held.
<br />Upon roll call there were present Trustees Pres H.A.Beeger, Z.T.Thorning, D.R.Staf-
<br />ford, G.W.McNulty, E.M.Dearborn, City Clerk W.A.Priee.
<br />On motion of Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Dearborn, minutes of the meetings
<br />held Feb 7th, 21st, March 7th, 10th, and 14th, 1927, be dispensed with until next reg-
<br />ular meeting. Motion carried.
<br />A petition signed by Mr Harry Wagner Johnson, and Hazel Dell Johnson residing on
<br />Eaton Ave asking the Board to annex a certain parcel of land known as the Johnson tract
<br />to the Town of Redwood City, was on motion of Trustee Dearborn seconded by Trustee Sta-
<br />fford said petition be recived and filed. Motion carried.
<br />Trustee McNulty offers Otdinance No 271, (AN ORDINANCE CALLING A SPECIAL ELECTION
<br />IN THE TERRITORY OR DISTRICT HEREINAFTER IN THIS ORDINANCE DESCRIBED FOR THE PURPOSE OF

<br />SUBMITTING AND SUB14ITTING TO THE QUALIFIED VOTERS RESIDING IN SAID DISTRICT THE QUESTION

<br />OR PROPOSITION WHETHER SAID HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED TERRITORY SHALT, BE ANNEXED TO, INCOR-
<br />PORATED IN AND MADE A PART OF THE TOWN OF REDWOOD CITY, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION IN THE
<br />COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA.) and moves its introduction, Trustee Dearborn
<br />seconds the motion. Motion carried.
<br />RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, that the annexed
<br />{ grant of right of way from the TACOMA MILL COMPANY,- a corporation, to the TOWN OF RED-
<br />WOOD CITY, a municipal corporation, dated March 17th, 1927, be and the same is hereby
<br />accepted by said Town of Redwood City, and the Olerk of said Town is hereby directed to
<br />have same recorded,
<br />Passed an adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a regular
<br />adjourned meeting of said Board held on the 21st, day of March. 1927, by the following
<br />1 vote:

<br />Trustee Dearborn, seconded by Trustee Stafford said affidavits be received and filed.

<br />Trustee Thorning offers the following Resolution and moves its adoption, Trustee
<br />Dearborn seconds the motion, Motion carried.

<br />BONDS, PRESCRIBING THE DENOMINATION OF SUCH BONDS AND OF
<br />THE INTEREST COUPONS ATTACHED THERETO.
