asp <br />AN ORDER PROVIDING FOR.THE ISSUANCE OF STREET IMPROVEMENT - <br />BONDS, PRESCRIBING'THE DENOMINATION OF SUCH BONDS AND OF, <br />THE INTEREST COUPONS ATTACHED THERETO* <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redw6od City, did,. <br />n ' 0 'the l7ih day of May., 1926, pass its Resolution, of. IAto;it.iOTi Not <br />1-5 for the improvement of portions of Woodeworth'avenues Blandford <br />Boulevard, Langton street, Durlston avenue., ArlingtonRoads Copley <br />avenue and Turnsworth avenues in said Town, under and.pursuant to <br />the provisions of the "Improvement Act of 1911" and'a6endment's thereto, <br />and the "Improvement Bond Act Of 1915" and amendments thereto, and <br />to the resolutions, notices and other proceedings of said Towns duly <br />adopted and taken., referenci to said Resolution of Intention Not 1=5 <br />being hereby expressly made for further partjoulars; 'and" <br />WHEREAS., the contract for said work and improvements,,was duly awarded <br />and thereafter duly completed to the satisfaction of ,the Superintendent <br />of Streets of said Town and of -said Board of Trustee <br />whereupon a rz <br />warrant,, Certificate and diagram 'and assessment were 14des recorded and <br />delivered to the said contractor in time,, form and manner as required <br />by said Acts., and the said contractor having made due return thereon; <br />and <br />WHEREAS., on the 18th day of February, 1927, the� Streit Superintendent <br />of said Town made and filed with the Clerk of said Board of Trustees., <br />a complete list of all assessments unpaid thereunder upon the respective <br />assessment or diagram numbers thereon, whereupon said Clerk gave notice <br />of the filing of said list and fixed Monday the 21st,':day,,,pf March, 1927, <br />(which same is a regular meeting day of said Board of Ttusitees) at the <br />hour,of 7*30 o'clock P.
