Motion carried. <br />On motion of Trustee Stafford seconded by Trustee Thorning the Sequoia Union High <br />School Students be granted permission to hang shieids on the street electroliers on Bro- <br />I <br />fill aclway.and. Main street for thsir Pageant to be held May 14th, with the understanding said <br />shields are to be removed after the event. IJtotion carried. <br />Moved by Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Thorning the report of C.L.Dimmitt,City <br />Engineer concerning the proposed opening of a street from Broadway to Webster Street and <br />I <br />. <br />I <br />thru the block bounded by Main and Washington Street, same be received and filed, and <br />the Board start proceedings to precure right -a - way as out lined on map presented by <br />the City Engineer. Motion carried. <br />Application of W.H.Pfafflin for permission to connect with the City sewer at Hancock <br />and Charter Streets was on motion of Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Dearborn said <br />permit be, granted same to be under the supervision of Supt of Streets and the fee of <br />$25.00 be paid for said previlege. Motion carried.," <br />Report oil Laboratory Examination of Water by the Bureauof Sanitary Engineering of <br />Berkeley, Calif, was on motion of Trustee Stafford seconded by trustee McNulty same be <br />..received and filed.
