<br />Minutes of meetings held April 18th, and April 25, 1917, was on motion of Trustee hIc-
<br />Nulty, seconded by Trustee Thorning said minutes be dispensed with until next regular

<br />a spur tract as outlined in his request". was on motion of Trustee Stafford seconded- by
<br />.Trustee Dearborn said application be granted with the exception of the track on inside
<br />of property line on N.E.Side of Lot 24, said track to be on street grade, Motion carried.
<br />I Application of the Harmony Club to hold a One o'clock dance in Foresters Hall, on
<br />Saturday evening I.1ay 14, 1927, was on motion of Trustee Thorning seconded by Trustee
<br />Stafford said permit be granted. Motion carried.
<br />A petetion containing the names of 23 property owners on Llanzanita, Laurel, Willow t
<br />Streets between El Camino Peal and Railroad, also Hancock and Cooper Streets between
<br />Spruce and ';lillow Streets petitioning the Board to commence proceeding to improve said
<br />street by grading and paving and by constructing concrete curbs and gutters, the type
<br />of pavement to be rlarrenite-Bitulithic ';Dearing service, was on motion of Trustee Dear-
<br />born seconded by Trustee Thorning the City Eigineer be instructed to prepare Plans and
<br />Specifications in accordance with the petition. Liotion carried.
<br />On motion of Trustee Dearborn, seconded by Trustee Stafford the City Attorney Be
<br />instructed to amend the City 7later Ordinance No 228, in accord.ance to the recommendation
<br />of the Supt of '.later. Liotion carried.
<br />Moved by Trustee Stafford, seconded by Trustee I,IcNulty, the Board of Trustees of the
<br />Town of Redwood City donate to the American Red Cross Redwood City Chapter the sum of
<br />`x25.00 to the reli6f of the flood victims in the I,Iississippi Valley. Lotion carried. �.,,
