<br />Regular adjourned meeting of the Board of Trustees held.
<br />Upon roll call there were present Trustees Pres H.A.Beeger, Z.T.Thorning, D.R.Stafford,
<br />G.ff.I:icNulty, E.M.Dearborn, City Clerk 11I.A.Price.
<br />Moved by Trustee McNulty, seepnded by Trustee Thorning, that the minutes of the last
<br />meetings be dispensed with until next regmlar regular meeting. Motion carried.
<br />Application of the Redwood City Liberty Club for a permit to hold a dance in the
<br />I.O.O.F.Ha.11 Saturday evening June 25th, 1927, was on motion of Trustee Thorning, seconded
<br />by Trustee McNulty said permit be granted. Motion carried.
<br />Application of the Harmony Club for dance permit 1ho hold a dance in Foresters Hall on
<br />Saturday a-uenings of May 21st, and 28th, and June 4th, 11th. 18th, and 25th, 1927. was
<br />on motion of Trustee Thorning, seconded by Trustee Iti'IcNulty said permits be granted.
<br />Motion carried.
<br />On motion of Trustee Thorning, seconded by Trustee McNulty, the following agreement
<br />be signed by the President and the Clerk of the Board, to -wit:
<br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 20th day of May, 1927,
<br />by and between Tom of Redwood City, a miunicipal corporation, party of the .:
<br />first part, and THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF SAN MATEO COUNTY and SAN MATEO
<br />COUNTY SAVINGS BANK, parties of the second part, and H.W.SCHABERG, A.D.WALSH,
<br />J.L.ROSS and L.A.BEHERNS, parties of the third part.
<br />MOTION CARRIED.
<br />Trustee Thorning offers the following Resolution, and moves its adoption,Trustee
<br />McNulty seconds the motion. Motion carried.
<br />RESOLUTION RESCINDING AND SETTING ASIDE
<br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. J-5.
<br />RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City that RESOLUTION
<br />OF INTENTION NO. J-5, passed and adopted by said Board of Trustees on the 2nd day of
<br />May, 1927, be and the same is hereby rescinded, set aside and made of no force and effect.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustee of the Town of Redwood City at a regular
<br />adjourned meeting of said Board held on the 20th day of May, 1927, by the following vote.:
<br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Trustees,
<br />Z.T.THORNING, D.R.STAFFORD, G.W.McNULTY, E.M.DEARBORN, H.A.BEEGER.
<br />Noes and against the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Trustees,
