<br />J-7 and in the notices of the passage thereof, posted as aforesaid, when and where any
<br />and all persons having any objections to the proposed work and improvements described
<br />in said Resolution of Intention No. J-7, or having any objections to the proposed district
<br />to be assessed therefor, or having any objections to the proposed grades at which said
<br />work and improvements are to be done and made, i;oAld appear before the Board of Trustees
<br />of said Town and show cause why said proposed work and improvements should not be carries
<br />out and done in accordance with said Resolution of Intention No. J-7, or why said pro-
<br />posed work and improvements should not be carried out and done at the grades as shown
<br />on the plans, profiles and specifications referred to in said Resolution of Intention
<br />No. J-7, and now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town, no person or persons
<br />ppeared. before said Board of Trustees and no objections of any kind were made against
<br />the work and improvements described in said Resolution of Intention No. J-7, or against
<br />the district to be assessed therefor, or against the grades at which the proposed work
<br />and improvements are to be done and made, and said Board of Trustees now having ac-
<br />quired jurisdiction to proceed and order said work and improvements:
