<br />On motion pf Trustee McNulty, seconiTed. by Trustee Dearborn, minutes -of June 6th,
<br />1927, be dispensed with until next regular meeting, Motion carried.
<br />City Engineer Dimmitt present to the Board map of the Palomar Park Subdivision, and
<br />on motion of Trustee Stafford, seconded by Trustee McNulty, said map be excepted and ap-
<br />proved by the Board. Motion carried.

<br />Moved by Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Thorning Mr Henry Witte, be given

<br />permission to bAild a bridge across the creek on Woodside Road, same to be under the

<br />supervision of the Supt of Streets. Motion carried.

<br />Return of the Pacific Tel & Tel Co's bond held by the National Surety Company, was

<br />on motion of Trustee Dearborn, seconded by Trustee McNulty, said bond be referred to

<br />the Supt of Streets for action. Motion carried.

<br />On motion of Trustee Thorning, seconded by Trustee McNulty, a third man be appointed

<br />on the Ftre Department. Motion carried.

<br />Trustee Dearborn offers the following Resolution and moves its adpption, Trustee
<br />Stafford seconds the motion. Motion carries.
<br />RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, County of San Mateo,
<br />State of California, that the hereunto annexed grant of easement, dated June 11th, 1927.
<br />by and between Nilda Boicelli and Edward Boicelli, her husband, parties of the first
<br />part, and the Town of Redwood City, a municipal corporation, the party of the second
<br />part, be and the same is hereby accepted by the Town of Redwood City, and the Clerk
<br />of said Town is hereby authorized to have same recorded in the office of the County
<br />Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California.
