III <br />RESOLVED that said Board of Trustees hereby rejects all of said proposals or bids <br />except that next herein mentioned and hereby awards the contract for doing said work and <br />making said improvements to the lowest regular responsible bidder, to -wit: <br />H. E. CONNORS, at the prices named in his bid. <br />The Town Clerk is hereby directed to publish a notice of this award twice in the <br />Redwood City Tribune, a daily newspaper published, printed and circulated in said Town <br />• <br />for the period required by law, and said newspaper is hereby designated for that purpose <br />by the Board of Trustees of said Town. <br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at the <br />hour of 9.30 o'clock A.M. at a regular adjourned meeting of said Board held on the 20th, <br />day of June, 1927s by the following vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Trustees, <br />THORNING,• STAFFORD, McNulty, DEARBORN, BEEGER. <br />Noes and against the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Trustees, <br />NONE. <br />Absent, Trustees, NONE. <br />H.
