<br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE WORK. NO J-8
<br />RESOLVED, that whereas the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, did
<br />on the 20th day of May, 1927, pass and adopt Resolution of Intention, No: J-8, to
<br />order the heveinafter described work to be done and improvem6nts to be made in said
<br />Town of Redwood City; and
<br />Whereas, notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention No. J-8, headed,
<br />"NOTICE OF PUIiZIC WORKS" were duly and regularly posted along the line of said con-
<br />templated work and improvements and in fron of all the property liable to be assessed
<br />therefore, in time, form, manner and number as required by law, as appears from the
<br />affidavit of C L Dimmitt, Superintendent of Streets of the Town of Redwood City, now
<br />on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town; and
<br />111hereas, said Street Superintendent caused to be duly and regularly published
<br />as required by law, notice of the passage of said Resolution as appears from the
<br />affidavit of Sam Winklebleck, now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town; and
<br />Whereas, within the time provided by law, when all persons interested and ob-
<br />jecting to said work and improvements or to the extent of the lands and district to be.
