243 1 Reference is hereby made to each of the above maps and records thereof and the same are hereby made a part hereof, which plans, profiles, detd'iled drawings and speci- fications for the work, and improvements hereinbefore mentioned have been prepared by the Town Engineer of the Town of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California and submitted and presented to the Board of Trustees of said Town this 20th day of June, 1927, be and the same are hereby adopted as and for the pl4ns, profiles, detaileL drawings and specifications for doing said work and making said improvements. And whereas, the Town Engineer of said Town has submitted and filed with said plans, profiles, detailed drawings, specifications and estimates a map or plat showing the assessment district benefited by the work and improvements herein described, which map or plat is entitled 11Map Showing Assessment District for the Construction of Sanitary Sewers under Resolution of Intention No. J-1111; and Whereas, said map showing said assessment district benefited by the work and improvements herein described is satisfactory to said Board of Trustees. Now therefore be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City that the map or -plat showing assessment district benefited by the work and im- provements herein described and entitled"Map showing Assessment District for the Con- struction of Sanitary Sewers under Resolution of Intention No. J-11" be and the same is hereby approved and adopted by said Board of Trustees, and the Clerk of said Board ie hereby ordered and driected to endorse such approval upon said map or plat, and said Board of Trustees does hereby determine and declare that the foregoing described work and improvements are of more than local or ordinary publich benefit and will affe and benefit the lands and district shtivon upon the hereinbefore mentioned and described map or plat entitled "Iffap Showing Assessment District for the Construction of Sanitary Sewers under Resolution of Intention No J-1111, which district described and shown on said map or plat said Board of Trustees hereby declares to be the district benefited by said work and improvements, and said Board of Trustees further determines and de- clares that the entire costs and expenses of said work and improvements shall be and. are hereby made chargeable against and shall be assessed upon said lands and district, which district is within the limits of the Town of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California. And be it further resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City that the elevations for the streets, avenues, ways, boulevards and courts or portions thereof herein mentioned, crown gradea, curb grades and grade elevations for top of guttefs and top of manholes shvron on the plans, profiles, detailed drawings i and specifications adopted by this resolution be and the same are hereby established and adopted as the official elevations and grades for the work and improvements here- in described. The base for the grades herein established is mean high water of the San Francisco Bay, and the top of that certain granite monument marked "G.B." placed. in that certain triangular piece of land in the Town of Redwood City, the propebty of q said Town, and bounded by Main Street, formerly Mo-dn.d Street, Beech Street and the JII right of orgy of the Southern Pacific Railroad Company, which said monument is located: in said piece of land at a point 5.5 feet easterly from a point in the easterly line of Main Street, formerly Mound Street, which last mentioned point is 50.6 feet northerl,r in said easterly line of Main Street, formerly Mond Street from the northerly line of Beech Street, is hereby established and declared to be 18.4'6 feet above mean high water of the San Francisco Bay.
