RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City that whereas the portion of Alameda de las Pulgas inclosed within the boundaries•hereinafter particularly set forth has been either deeded to.the County of San Mateo or has been in public use for more than five years last past, without restriction or opposition or encroachment, and has been suitably marked by monuments which are shown on maps of record in the office of the Recorder of San Mateo County; AND WHEREAS, pant of the said portion of said Alameda dellas Pulgas above referred to is situated within the Town of Redwood City, -- NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby ordered and declared that the boundaries of the part situated within said Town of Redwood City of said portion of Alameda de las Pulgas constitute the.true and legal boundaries thereof within said Town of Redwood City, and that the whole of said portion so situated within said Town of Redwood City is a public road and highway. The said portion of paid Alameda de las Pulgas above referred to is situated partly within the Town of Redwood City partly within the Town of San Carlos and partly in unincorporated territory within the County of San Mateo, State of California, and is bounded and particularly described as follows, to -wit; Beginning at the point of intersection of the north- westerly production.of the northeasterly line of Graceland Park, as said tract is shown on the map thereof filed in Map Book 11 at pages 43 and 44, Records of San Mateo County, California, with the southwesterly production of the northwesterly line of Brittan Avenue, as said { avenue is shown on the map of Oak Park, filed in Map Book 12 at pages 26 to 29y records of San Mateo County, i� California, thence running along said northwesterly production and said northeasterly line of Graceland -1 255 i 1. 255
