AND V_URrgs, notifies of the passage of said Resolution of Intention No. J-9, <br />headed "Notice of Public ;Yorks" was duly and regularly posted and published as re- <br />quired by law as appears from the affidavits of Sam H Winklebleck and C L Dimmitt, <br />.Street Supt of the Town of Redwood Cit and now on file in the office of the Clerk <br />y� <br />of said Town of Redwood City; and <br />;IHEREAS, within the time allowed by law the owners of certain property in the <br />district to be assessed for said work and improvements made written protests against <br />said work and improvements and against the extent of the district to be assessed there <br />for which protests were filed with the Clerk of ,the Town of Redwood City; and <br />i <br />77HERI;A5, this is the next meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood <br />City after the expiration of the times within which protests could be filed against the <br />work and improvements hereinbefore described or, against the district to be assessed for <br />said work and improvements and is the meeting at which said Board of Trustees are re- <br />quired by law to fix a time and place for hearing said protests. <br />!'
