<br />RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, that wheras, certain
<br />weeds are growing in the Town of Redwood City, upon the streets and in front of the prp-
<br />party hereinafter mentioned, which weeds are of a kind which bear seeds of a wingy and
<br />downy nature and will attain such large groth as to become a fire menace when dry; and
<br />IMERR S, the said weeds constitute a public nuis,:`nee.
